Heavy-duty plastic panels are among the most commonly used flooring solutions in stables, agricultural buildings, warehouses and for covering ice surfaces in winter stadiums.
The Mosolut Heavy 132 model offers exceptional durability, easy installation and a safe surface for both animals and equipment. Thanks to the interlocking system, the panels fit together like puzzle pieces and remain securely in place during use.

Maximum protection for horses and livestock

The 3.2 cm thickness provides:

• high load resistance,
• protection of horse joints during movement and landing,
• thermal insulation – animals remain protected from cold even while lying down,
• a comfortable and safe surface.

The mats are also suitable for cattle, cows, calves and dogs.
They provide excellent slip resistance, chemical resistance, low flammability and easy maintenance.

For stable use, a bedding layer is recommended:

• minimum 10–15 cm,
• ideally 15–23 cm (according to wood shavings manufacturers’ recommendations).

The surface profile and edge design minimize the risk of tripping for both people and animals.

Mosolut Heavy 132 mats are manufactured from recycled PVC material.
During production, the focus was placed on:

• load resistance,
• locking system strength,
• long service life,
• universal indoor and outdoor use.

Not on appearance.

These mats are not decorative flooring – they are heavy-duty working surfaces designed to withstand extreme loads. Once installed, they become naturally dirty during use, so visual perfection is not essential. Color variations, surface marks, shadows or uneven tones are not considered defects and are not grounds for complaints. If you are looking for a smooth, fully black indoor flooring surface, we recommend Mosolut Machine PVC tiles or Antishock rubber mats.

Heavy 123, 132 and 024 mats are made from recycled PVC, which naturally reacts to temperature changes. In colder environments, the material becomes harder and less flexible, behaving more like a rigid panel, which is normal for this type of product. During winter months or in unheated spaces, increased caution is recommended, especially when animals are moving quickly, running or making sudden directional changes.
