Mosolut Heavy 123 double-sided stable panel, 23 mm thick
Mosolut Heavy 123 double-sided stable mat – 120 × 80 × 2.3 cm
Heavy-duty plastic panels are among the most popular flooring solutions for stables, agricultural facilities, warehouses and also for covering ice surfaces or building temporary ice rinks.
The Mosolut Heavy 123 model combines easy installation, double-sided usability, high durability and long service life. Thanks to the interlocking system around the edges, the panels are installed like puzzle pieces and remain securely in place during use.
Comfortable and safe surface for animals
The 2.3 cm thickness provides excellent thermal insulation, helping protect animals from cold while lying down.
The panels are especially suitable for horse stalls, cattle, calves and dogs – offering a slip-resistant surface, chemical resistance, low flammability and easy maintenance.
For stable applications, the following bedding layer is recommended:
- min. 10–15 cm,
- ideally 15–23 cm (according to wood shavings manufacturers’ recommendations).
The surface profile and edge shaping minimize the risk of tripping, the mat is easy to clean and the locking system securely keeps the panels in place. Whenever needed, the panels can be quickly disassembled and relocated.

This time, appearance is not the priority
Like Mosolut Heavy 024 and 132 models, Heavy 123 is manufactured from recycled PVC material.
During production, the focus was placed on:
- load capacity,
- locking system strength,
- durability,
- universal usability.
Not on perfect appearance.
Please understand that these mats are not decorative flooring but heavy-duty working surfaces. Once installed, they quickly become dirty during normal use, so visual perfection is not essential. Color variations, surface marks, uneven shades or visible patterns are not considered defects and are not grounds for complaints.
Heavy 123, 132 and 024 mats are manufactured from recycled PVC material, which naturally reacts to temperature changes. In colder environments, the material becomes harder and less flexible, behaving more like a rigid panel, which is normal for this type of product. During winter months or in unheated spaces, additional caution is recommended, especially when animals are moving quickly, running or making sudden directional changes.
If you require a uniform black surface for interior use, we recommend Mosolut Machine PVC tiles or Antishock Indoor mats.
