Mosolut Heavy 024 heavy-duty stable mat – 2.4 cm with ramp connection option

Heavy-duty recycled plastic panels provide a universal flooring solution for stables, agricultural buildings, warehouses and temporary surfaces. Thanks to their easy installation and high durability, they are also widely used for covering ice surfaces and building temporary ice rinks.

The Mosolut Heavy 024 version has a thickness of 2.4 cm and is thinner and lighter than the standard Heavy 132 model. At the same time, it allows ramps to be connected from both the upper and lower sides, making it ideal wherever barrier-free access without tripping hazards is required – for people, equipment and animals.

This time, appearance is not the priority

As with other Mosolut Heavy series mats, the main priorities are functionality, strength and safety.
During production of Heavy 024 panels, the primary focus was placed on load resistance, locking system reliability and universal usability – both indoors and outdoors.

Appearance is not the main concern here. These mats are not intended as decorative flooring but as heavy-duty working surfaces – under animal hooves, machinery or for stable temporary flooring during large events. Color variations, surface marks, uneven shades or visual inconsistencies are therefore not considered defects and are not grounds for complaints.

Heavy 123, 132 and 024 mats are manufactured from recycled PVC material, which naturally reacts to temperature changes. In colder environments, the material becomes harder and less flexible, behaving more like a rigid panel, which is normal for this type of flooring. During winter months or in unheated areas, additional caution is recommended, especially when animals are moving quickly, running or changing direction suddenly.
