Reference – Mosolut flooring installation in Germany (360 m²)

For this German client, we delivered a solution designed specifically for an environment with production technology and machinery, where mechanical resistance, precise fitting around equipment and future flexibility were key requirements. The installation was carried out in areas with various types of machines. Most of them were placed directly on the concrete base on their own supports, so the tiles were precisely cut around their foundations. Large and very heavy machines remained directly on the concrete floor, with the tiles installed around them.

Some lighter machines, on the other hand, were placed directly on the tiles. A specific part of the project was the glazed area of approximately 50 m², where the tiles were fully bonded to the subfloor to ensure maximum stability. In the remaining areas, the flooring was installed using a standard modular system, allowing for quick installation as well as easy dismantling or future modifications.

Another technical requirement was the installation of flexible skirting boards only on walls, not on metal structures within the space.

After the installation, our team cleaned the area and handed over the finished floor to the client through an official handover protocol.

This project demonstrates that Mosolut heavy-duty PVC interlocking flooring is suitable not only for retail and warehouse spaces, but also for production and technological environments where durability must be combined with flexibility around machinery and production lines.
