2,000 m² of Heavy-Duty PVC Flooring in 10 Days

In Wil, Switzerland, near Zurich, we installed a total of 2,000 m² of heavy-duty PVC flooring in two large halls.

The entire installation took place while the facilities remained fully operational. The individual installation stages therefore had to be carefully planned to minimize disruption to the daily operation of the halls and movement around the machinery.

The project also included subfloor preparation and local repairs. On the prepared surface, we installed heavy-duty PVC tiles measuring 50 × 50 cm and 7 mm thick.

Without the need for cutting, we were able to install approximately 700 m² per day. After completing the main areas, we returned to finish the details around machinery, walls and other fixed obstacles.

In total, we installed 2,000 m² of flooring within 10 days. The result is a durable and practical surface suitable for daily operation and heavy loads in production and warehouse halls.
