Mosolut Heavy load-bearing flooring installed without downtime
In the tyre warehouse of PNEUMAN in Český Krumlov, we faced a typical challenge – an ageing concrete subfloor, high load demands and a facility that could not be taken out of operation.
The goal was to create a durable flooring solution capable of handling daily manipulation with large tyres, while allowing installation without interrupting the operation.
We used Mosolut Heavy load-bearing mats and proceeded step by step. Thanks to the modular system, the warehouse content could be gradually moved from one side to the other, without the need for complete clearance.
The project also included local repairs of the existing concrete subfloor.
In total, 684 mats weighing approximately 35 kg each were installed, representing nearly 24 tonnes of material. Despite the demanding conditions, the installation was carried out efficiently with minimal disruption to operations.
Result: more than 600 m² completed in 3 days, including subfloor preparation. The result is a durable and stable floor designed to meet real operational demands.
